Hi My name is Frida,

I am a Lactose Intolerant Latina Cheese lover, no pain no gain! I founded its Graze-y Mid Pandemic. My goal was to give couples an excuse to have a wine night at home or at a local park.

Customers loved the idea, word got around and soon enough "It's Graze-y" became more than just a Door Step Delivery Service. Our women owned business strives to give you a Grazing Experience to remember.

Whether it be for a date milestone moment, corporate event or wedding, my team and I are here to serve you with a happy heart. May 2023 I graduated with a Bachelors in Business, but in order to provide the best possible service I decided to become a trained professional chef.

I truly believe that cooking is romantic, the art of gathering around the table with the ones you love is a gift that may not be there tomorrow. Allow us to get lost in the art of Food and curate a table specially made for you and those around you.

Every menu is created from scratch, with a focus on thoughtful execution, quality ingredients, and intentional presentation. Our teams are purposefully kept refined and highly experienced to ensure consistency and care across every event, regardless of guest count.

From intimate gatherings of 25 to large-scale events for museums, expos, and corporate spaces serving up to 600 guests, we bring the same level of attention, flavor, and hospitality to every experience.

While advance booking is recommended to allow time for menu development and planning, we do accommodate last-minute events when availability allows.

We believe food is more than hospitality; it’s care, dignity, and connection. Serving others is not something we reserve for special occasions it’s part of who we are.

As we grow, one of our long-term hopes is to open a soup kitchen of our own, creating a space where anyone can come to the table and feel welcomed, seen, and fed.

Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions our customers ask.

What makes It’s Graze-y Different from other Caterers?

Its-Grazey is a boutique catering company with a private-chef approach. We create every menu from scratch and take a thoughtful, hands-on approach to each event. Instead of preset packages, we focus on personalized experiences, refined presentation, and consistent quality whether serving a small or large party.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and allow time for thoughtful menu development and planning. That said, when availability allows, we are happy to accommodate last-minute weekday events.

What size events do you cater?

We cater events of many sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions. Our team has experience serving anywhere from 25 to 600+ guests, including corporate events, museums, expos, weddings, and private celebrations.

Do you have a Catering minimum?

Yes. Our catering minimums vary based on location. These minimums apply to our catering with setup service, which includes professional setup and thoughtfully arranged food presentation. Pricing varies based on guest count, menu selections, service style, and event logistics.

Los Angeles Catering Minimum

For events located in Los Angeles, our catering with setup minimum is: $1,250 minimum before taxes and fees

Orange County Catering Minimum

For events located in Orange County, our catering with setup minimum is: $1,000 minimum before taxes and fees

Inland Empire & Palm Springs Catering Minimum

For events located in the Inland Empire and Palm Springs areas, our catering with setup minimum is: $800 minimum before taxes and fees

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total is required to reserve your event date. The deposit is due along with the signed contract and will be applied toward your final balance. Your event date is officially secured once both the contract and deposit are received.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event date. If an event is cancelled at least 10 days in advance, any payments made may be applied toward a future event scheduled within one (1) year of the original event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all collected payments, as preparation, staffing, and sourcing will already be in progress. All event details are confirmed at the time of contract signing. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all information before the contract is finalized.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not automatically included. While never required, a suggested gratuity of 15% for service staff is appreciated and may be provided at your discretion. Gratuity can be given directly to staff on the day of the event.

What happens to leftover food?

Due to health and safety regulations, Its-Grazey cannot guarantee the safety of leftover food once service has concluded. If requested in advance, we may package leftover items that are safe to transport. However, once food leaves our service control, the client assumes full responsibility for its handling and consumption. This policy ensures compliance with local health department standards and prioritizes guest safety.
